Objective: To help to create and sustain a positive image through creating natural sounding content that is optimized for each search term or keyword so that any negative content will not be present in the first two pages of search results.
We will begin by analyzing each term that has negative content and creating a plan for each of these terms. We will deliver:
* A spreadsheet that will show which keywords have negative content and which do not
* The first thirty search results from Google, MSN, and Yahoo and a notation of whether or not the content was positive, neutral, or negative. Results will be identified by both name and URL.
* A summary of the timeline and pricing for the Project Plan
* A detailed listing of the actions that are deliverable both at the onset and those that will be ongoing as a part of the monthly campaign.
After we have received your letter of engagement and your down payment, it will take approximately two to three weeks for us to complete the analysis and come up with a online reputation management plan for your situation. Once we have completed this project plan we will forward all research and documents to you and set up a call to discuss what will happen next in the implementation plan.
What Happens Next?
Costs for the analysis and online reputation management plan mentioned above include $1,000 for the first keyword you would like analyzed, and $500 for each additional keyword. If you decide to implement the project plan that we suggest, these costs will be taken out of your first month’s fee.
